Feel like chasing colors during your vacation? See below in this post a list of fun mega cool destinations to visit. Something different for once!

Nový Jicin – Czech Republic

Let’s begin with a location that is seldom known. The Czech province of Moravia is home to this undiscovered gem. There isn’t much to do, but the main square is very attractive. A mismatched group of pastel-colored homes with arches surrounds it. You may take a stroll around the square through the lively streets. The birthplace of Sigmund Freud, Pbor, lies close to Nov Jin. Additionally, this attractive village boasts residences with vivid colors.

Júzcar, Málaga – Spain

We all love blue right?! Everything in this small Spanish village is blue. It is understandable why the community was long known as “El Pueblo Pitufo,” or the “smurf town.”

Every single building in this town, including homes, the church, the cemeteries, and the town hall, was painted blue to celebrate the release of The Smurfs 3D, a well-known movie from Sony Pictures, and this is what gave the town its new look.
Juzcar The people of Juzcar opted to retain the buildings painted blue after the filming and advertising were over, continuing to be known as the Smurfs’ Village and utilizing its peculiarity to draw tourists and increase locals’ income. Since then, eight new businesses, including three guesthouses, as well as new public services and parking facilities, have been established.

Kinsale – Ireland

The cottages in Kinsale, a charming coastal town, are painted in vibrant hues, one more vivid than the next. Painted bright pink, purple and green, Kinsale is full of the best of Ireland’s colorful houses which you probably did not know of! Cork is around 30 minutes’ drive from Kinsale.

Procida – Italy

You’ll want to travel to this tiny Italian island with its vibrant fishing communities from the mainland. Get on the boat and bid a temporary farewell to the well-known Naples. Do not forget to snap a photo 😉

Santorini – Greece

World-famous locations like Mykonos and Santorini are easily recognized in images due to their distinctive architecture. Influencers like taking pictures in front of the islands’ many white houses with blue trim and doors. Many Instagrammers like the Greek island of Santorini with its white homes and turquoise rooftops. The predominant colors are white and blue, but if you look closely, you may also see pink and yellow dwellings. Good for, shall we say, diversity on your Instagram feed.

Chefchaouen – Morocco

This place is still on my bucket list! It is known as the “blue city,” is where you can discover these recognizable blue streets in Morocco. The azure maze of cobblestone pathways is formed by the medieval medina’s numerous lovely stores and cafés. This blue city is very small actually, and 2 hours away from Marrakech. So when you are closeby this is the perfect spot for a mini – daytrip !
